I’m an impulsive person. I often make decisions without thinking about the consequences first.
Like last night while watching TV and browsing the net, a commercial about being a mark representative came on. I watched it just like any other commercial but then without even thinking about it, I typed in their web address and next thing you know, I was signing up to be a mark rep.

While I was reading about the benefits of being a mark representative and how easy you can start selling their cosmetics and fashion products, I just had to sign up. I didn’t even hesitate to pay the $20 start-up fee.
Now that I’ve had more time to think about what I did, I don’t regret it. I’ve always liked Mark’s makeup and skincare products. And I’m proud to be associated with the company. However, even if I don’t sell much, the start-up kit and free bonus that you receive are definitely worth more than my $20 investment.
Okay, I just want to make something clear. Just because I’m a mark representative doesn’t mean I’m going to review their products and give them a better rating. I don’t want anything to jeopardize the honest relationship that I’ve been working hard to build with you.
Most of the makeup looks or tutorials that I do from now on will probably consist of makeup from mark. Also, I will post many pictures and detailed information of some of their makeup and skincare line, so YOU can decide if it’s something you want to try.

Whew!! The holidays are now officially over. I don’t know about you but I’m happy to see them end. Well, at least for now that is.
I’m just sooo excited to start the new year. I have many wonderful things that I wish to accomplish this year. Besides trying to spend more time with the family and making this year better then the last, I plan to do a few things that will make me feel good and accomplished.
I’m currently a stay at home mom but that doesn’t mean that’s all that I have to be, right? I can be or do just about anything that I want.
As many of you already know, I have a BS degree in Business Administration. And so, I’ve decided that this year would be the year that I put all of my business knowledge to great use. How? Well, by starting my own business. It would have to be something online, of course. I mean I still want to be a stay at home mom but I also want to be a successful business woman.
I have a few ideas of the type of online business that I wish to open. However, I still have a lot of research to do before I can even think about inaugurating an online business.
Also, I want to spend more time working on this site and would like to create another review site on one of my other addictions-BOOKS. I love reading!!
Beautiful makeup and a good book, now that’s a GREAT day for you.
Hmmmmm….soooo…
Have time for my family, start my own online business and work on two review sites? Whew!! Now that’s ambitious, don’t you think? But do I really have what it takes to make all these wonderful things happen? I know it’s easier said then done, but I’m willing to put in the long hours to make my dreams a reality.
Okay, maybe starting these new ventures isn’t the hard part but making them into a success, now that’s the part to really focus on.
So, what are your plans for the year? Anything differently you wish to do or accomplish for your family or self? I would love to hear about all the wonderful things you’re set to do this year. Now, don’t be shy girls ( guys?) and tell me all about it in the comments!
Truly, I hope this year will be your best year ever!!! Love, Rosa.

Hi ladies. Hope your day is going great. My day is so so. I have a lot of things to do around the house but ugh, I’m just not in the mood to do any of them. Yeah…I know…I’m lazy…hahaha.
Anyways, a few days ago I purchased Revlon’s ColorStay Brow Enhancer and I must say I’m sold on this friggin product. I’ve used it almost everyday since I bought it.
So…
Revlon’s ColorStay Brow Enhancer has two ends to it. One end is a tinted wax and the other end is a highlighter.
The luminous highlighter accentuates the brow bone area and it gives it a lifted appearance.
This particular highlighter comes in taupe, a light but very luminous light brown. It’s perfect to use with just about any eyeshadow shade.
The tinted wax formula colors and sets brows for a soft definition.
I have dark eyebrows, so the best choice for me was the brow enhancer with the tinted wax in blackened brown. And I really like that this stuff is highly pigmented but not overwhelming.
My brows don’t look crazy dark, you know? They don’t look like I just grabbed a dark eyeliner or even worst a sharpie and filled them in.
This dual-ended brow enhancer is extreamly easy to use and its fool proof. Hahaha, I’m sorry but I think it’s hard for someone to make a mistake with this product.
Okay, here’s how to use it:
First, apply all of your face and eye makeup. Next, fill in your brows with the tinted wax by following the natural shape of your eyebrows. Then apply luminous highlighter below your brow. And if you want, and I recommend that you do, take a brow brush and brush your brow hairs into place.
Easy, right?
Revlon ColorStay Brow Enhancer is suppose to last for 16 hours. I have no idea if it actually does. I don’t wear my makeup nearly that long or at least I don’t think I do. But I can tell you this, this product doesn’t smear!
So far, this stuff is AWESOME!
Oh, please ignore the spidery lashes. I was using the mascara LottaLash by Milani, and I forgot to use a lash comb to separate my lashes and remove all of the clumps.
Just in case you’re curious about LottaLash. I can honestly say that besides the clumps, LottaLash is an okay mascara. It lengthens, and it adds lots of volume to your lashes. But the clumps, those awful little clumps, now that’s the biggest problem with this mascara.
