In a nutshell:
NOT pigmented enough! Honestly, this product is NOT effective. I had to press down extra hard for the product to show on my water line or my inner eye area. I’m not pleased with this eyeliner at all. The only good thing about it is the cap, because it comes with a decent built-in sharpener but besides that, this eye liner is useless.
I definitely won’t buy it again and I don’t recommend.
